I use Exxon/Mobile. I stay away from Sunoco because
they add 10% ethenol to their gas. In NYS anyways.
By law they must put a sticker on the pump saying so.

ALL gas in NY has at least 5% here, wish they didn't though at least for premium.

Safeway 91 I get 3 cents off a gallon, and it's always seemed to make all our vehicles, our boat, waverunner, quads and dirt bikes run just fine.

Here in northern IL, they ALL use 10% ethanol. Been that way for many, many years. But unlike some areas, we have 93 at just about every station.

Not a good idea to run it low, or use 87 octane. [although it will not kill it if u take it easy] [gas cools the fuel pump, and bottom of tank may not be clean]

Exxon/Mobil Or Shell. Either one I get 93oct. I have two company gas cards, one is Mobil and the other Shell so I never use anything else... Because I would have to pay for it

the only way the tank will be dirty is if the gas has **** in it, and your filters arent working properly. im not saying run it till it stalls, but when i did the fuel pump on my 96 S10, at around 87K miles, in 2005, the tank was perfectly clean. i bought it with 65k or so, using mostly 93 oct. so nearly 90k miles, and around 10yrs of daily use, the tank was totally clean, not even a speck of dirt.

Wal-Mart/Sam's has been proven to liquidate their gas with low ionized water.
QT : does some more than Wal-Mart
You want to shoot that theory to ****? Follow the tanker truck when you see it filling up a stations tanks. It will go from sheel to mobil to bp. . .they all get their gas off the same truck. . .it's the same gas. The tanker driver then pulls out a 5 gallon jug of that particular company's "special additive" and adds a few cups to thhe gigantic tank of gasoline just so that each station can say that it is their "own gas". It's all the same gas.
