I agree with "staringback"!!! i had a 93 formula for my first car. i was so power hungry i went crazy! now i cant accept anything less. i bought a small car for gas mileage for college and It's driving me crazy! its like i'm starving for a V8 every time i turn my key.

When my 16th birthday was coming up I knew exactly what I wanted, and that was a Camaro! I've owned two thirdgen camaros, and then I found my baby when I was 18. Whenever I drive a different car it makes me realize how much I enjoy driving my car and that I will probably always keep one in possesion for as long as I can. cheers.

My z28 is my first car and wouldn't have had it any other way. You read all the threads about how "kids" shouldn't have these cars but it all depends on each person. Granted I'm coming from riding dirtbikes + quads 10+ years so control and all that I already had a grasp on. My dad wanted me to get an f-body and he knew I'd be responsible with it. All that despite the fact that we looked for a different car every few days! Of course always checking for a camaro/TA (and a porsche 944 to do a swap in, which he didn't want so much but I was all for it) Rest of the family gave me a life-time frame for no apparent reason! I've had the car for more than 2 years and no accidents, no tickets, nothing.
I'm on my 2nd car now but it's pretty much irrelavent and just a DD, the z28 doesn't work too well in New England's crazy winters...

Yes.
My first car was a bone stock 1993 Camaro Z28 A4.
I bought the car when I was 15 (right before my 16th birthday). 12/26/00
This car was my daily driver. I beat the living crap out of the car and it went issue free! Over time, I did full boltons and a 6-speed conversion.
I sold the car 3/16/06 to buy an LS1. After owning my first car for 6 years, I wanted a change. Although the LT1 was slower, I still miss it. I guess its a first car thing.
I now have my 1998 Camaro SS and love it. Its 110% problem free. Probably because I hardly drive it.
I beat around in my 1992 Geo Prizm![Happy](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_stretch.gif)
I'm 22 years old now and have never really been without an fbody

My 3rd car was a 1969 SS 396 Camaro that I bought for $600 back in 1973. Just like the 4th gens today, back then they were just used cars. I've had a Camaro (mostly 67's) continously since 1978. I've had 9 1st gens (6 67's, 1 68 and 2 69's), 1 3rd gen and 2 4th gens. Currently I have a 67 RS/SS, a 89 RS and a 2002 Z28.

My first car was a 1990 Trans am. 8 years later I've owned a total of 7 F-bodies and a Vette. A 1990 T/A wasn't a bad first car, it was pretty slow, but I could see someone getting in trouble in an LS1 for their first car if they aren't responsible.

First car was a 1996 3.8 V6 Camaro. Put headers on it, painted it, and then gave it to my little brother.
I now have the ALMIGHTY 1999 Camaro SS. F-bodies are THE only way to go.
They are so sexy.
