Oil and Filter

what kind of oil and filter do you guys like in your car the most?
I live in FL and i run Castol Syntec full synthetic 10w30 with a K&N oil filter.

I run 5w30 Mobil 1 w/ a Delco filter. My next change will be German Castrol 0w30 w/ a Delco filter. I'm going to see if I notice anything special from it. Problem is, it can't be found anymore. I picked up 6 qts of it and I haven't seen it at Autozone since I cleaned them out.

6 qts with a standard filter
6.5 qts with extended filter
