Your situation sucks that much more. It would really come in handy if you knew some one in the auto body field. Maybe they could get parts and do labor for you at a discount. If you were in S.A. then I would be happy to help you some how. Hopefully you can get this cleared up ASAP.

You always have the right to buy it back, it is your legal right to have first dibs on it. Ive wrecked two diff cars. And both times they tried that crap. Well we got a lawyer and had him contact them with our new appraisal price etc etc and it was a much different story after that. Though we had Geico at the time.. and after the second time.. we dropped their asses... Geico are crooks. But I guess they all do what they can to try and get the most out of your misfortunes. Dont sign anything till you are absolutely happy about it.

I wasnt getting into that
Im just saying he has legal rights to having first option on whether to buy it back first or not once its been deemed a total loss.

Personally with the way these cars grunt and how stupidly fast people like to go in them. I for one would no longer trust the car.

but thats my opinion

i agree that it is not fix able, i just want it for parts. the firewall is messed up. it hit so hard that it buckled the whole pass side floor.

i agree that it is not worth fixing. i just want to part it out. it hit so hard that it buckled the pass side floor, and the firewall is messed up too.
