Default Rear Panel Removal?

This has probably been asked before but the search doesn't seem to be working.

I'm trying to remove the rear panel between the tail lights on my '99 z28 but so far no luck. All I'm seeing are the 2 plastic wing nuts for the lights themselves and then just 2 10mm bolts. I see the wires and a rubber gourmet that isn't actually attached to the driver side light, but that's all I see for wires...I do need to remove that, right? How? The passenger side light is a lot looser than the driver side. Are there any other bolts? Is there a tutorial about this somewhere at all? Thanks!

there should be 4 nuts, take the taillights out and in the middle should be two nuts and towards the fender wells should be two more and then pull it out.

Thanks, is it just the wing nuts holding in the tail lights?
