I Rev at other V8's, regardless of what they are...flip off the Ricers when they look at me, and generally mess with them just to play.

Usually most LS1's don't pay attention to it cause it's a LT1 Car.

though i have an ls-x car i still fancy the lt1 cars just like i did, i mean.. when i started loving the 4th, lt1 was the only 8cyl 4th gen available

Sometimes I'll talk to guys at stoplights about my exhaust system (LT headers, 3" true duals, Sweet Thunder mufflers) or track times.

I haven't gotten any waves since getting this car, but a lot of people like to BS about it. What you said reminded me of something that happened a few days ago.

I'm on my way to get gas, and there is a Silver Ram in front of me with a loud exhaust, so I felt the need to let him hear mine. I passed him and he looked over at me. Well, we both ended up going to the same gas station.

He pulls in behind me and says, "That car sounds really good - what do you have in that thing?" I felt like being a smart *** and I replied, "Its gotta Hemi." The guy totally bought it! He's like, "Well, it sounds damn good. I wish my 4.7 sounded like that." I smiled and nodded and went about my merry way.

No i never wave i live in san diego and most of the people are in too big of a hurry. I like the more downhome people but there is not too many of them around here

I usually just wave to T/A's, WS6s, and SS's. About 50% of the time i get a waveback. I'd wave to Z28s, but i can't tell the difference until i'm right on top of them lol. I waved to a Vette once at a red light, and he gave me this sneer, so i told him his car was just a deluxe f-body hahaha.

only waves i get Are from ricers around here, no one drives F-bodys except for one buddy of mine and another guy that lives 30 miles away... the only other guy is a stuck up dick who couldn't wave if his life depended on it.

I try to wave everytime, about 25% of people wave back. Most others, ( I see tons of T/As), give me "WTF" glances!.
