big update guys, I won the case, guy is 100% screwed he caused the accident and has been dropped from his insurance agency they gave me a total of 15196 and some change for my car so hopefully I will be riding again very soon in what I hope to be a firehawk!

thats great to hear man, glad to heard you made some money there.. bout to have mine totalled and get more then i payed so i can buy a SOM lol
