well story is guy got road rage and tried to sling his truck into my car and threw me into a curb (without touching my car, scaring me i guess It worked)
blew my bags and launched my car about 50-100 feet, grrr so pissed now, the car is totaled, I know it. Now what should I do...

well I almost hit him cause he was im a blind spot and it wasnt anything real big, it mad him move over just a tad but nothing much and i waved at him ya know like "hey m sorry" but he may have taken it the other way, i dont know what he was thinking, police did nothing , said it was a one car collision and it would be a battle of the insurance companies, no tickets were issued....******* usless, i got the guys name and adress but thats as far as I know him, all I know is he was rude, but did stop before the police arrived...im getting a lawyer tomorrow, and looking deeper into this, will post pics asap...

that sucks i had a guy do that to me when i was in my blazer and he tried to run me off the road. I was a bit bigger then him and when he realised i wasn't gonna budge over like he thought i would he gave up and just started yelling and speeding up and slowing back down. dumbass's....

Ive had people try that crap on me too... I even put NASCAR style donuts on the side of some dudes buick when he tried to get "revenge" on me for not yielding to him...even though he was the one merging. Thought it was my duty to change lanes and slow down to let him over... I wish I had pictures of the side of his car. haha



Good luck with the car man. Why do you think its totalled? I mean its kinda hard to see from the pics, but what all got busted? I can see the bags, glass, wheels, and it looks like the suspension got tweaked good... Whats the list of carnage?

some jackass from my school in a lifted truck did almost the same thing to me, but it was in a residential area, i slammed on the brakes just in time, he switched lanes, i downshifted to 2nd and flew around him. i chewed his *** out when we got to school.

ive had a few of those times when your sitting in your car and you see someone backing up or coming at you pretty fast and oblivious to you sitting there, and ive had to just slam it into R or D and floor it not to get hit

^yeah this time I wasn't so lucky, the car was just in a bad place at the wrong time, the bird will fly again though lol she's not totaled just a bit of paint and undercarriage damage, 3/4 wheels some dash parts and other stuff...

edit: guy thought my car was a ws6 package, now value has gone down a bit he said, and he said the engine might have suffered damage, if so the car might be totaled....
