This may have been discussed already, if so I didn't see anything.. sorry. Are they stopping production of the GTO? Why is the last year it was produced 2006? Just wondering.

yupp production is done,holden stopped making the Monaro coupe and the GTO couldnt meet new us crash regulations for 07
they are also gearing up for G8/Commodore full production

low financing or (0-1.9 60-72 months) or 3000 cash back.

I picked one up a few months ago, $3750 in rebates plus negotiated price I'm very happy with my purchase

I got my 05 in march 06 with 20 miles on the clock for 26k

You should be able to buy a new '06 GTO for invoice minus rebates minus holdback. Holdback is 3% of the sticker price.

Just email a few Pontiac dealership sales managers that have a GTO sitting on their lot. You can do a search on www.GMBuyPower.com for the cars. Tell them what you will pay, they will probably take the offer.

any of you guys know.. is there a way to search for it by color? I do not mind traveling, but i am more than extremely partial to the bom color. I found one in my area.. but dont want to hassle with typing in random zip codes to search other areas lol
