Default Corvette ????'s

Some real quick Corvette questions. What years were the C5's made? What is the T-top looking thing really called on Vettes? And which ones had the rear glass that went all the way to the rear. not the really short vertical glass. Thanks a lot.

I'll answer what I know:

I believe the "T-Top" thing you're referring to is called a Targa Top.

FRC: Fuel Rail Covers

Okay TOTAL answer lol...

C5's = 97-04

Removable top on C5's = Targa top

The big far stretching glass similar to fbody glass is on the coupe. The short vertical glass is on the FRC or Z06.

FRC = fixed roof coupe (the roof line that the Z06 has)
FRC = fuel rail covers

C5s 1997-2004

Targa tops on the vettes, not a t top, the whole roof is gone when you take off the targa, really nice.

any C5 ordered with the targa, the rear glass goes all the way back like the ta's and camaros.

Only the Z06's had the Fixed Roof, but might have been an option for some vettes, not too sure.

Yes and no.

2001-2004 vettes to have FRC were only ZO6's yes. Before the ZO6's they have just plain FRC's. Same as targa top models in every other way.

Peace,
Craig.
