Default What do I look for in heads with my setup?

I have an 02 SS. 20,000 miles. I have SLP long tubes, .563 comp cam, k&n filter charger, granatelli maf, borla exhaust, aftermarket uca's, torque arm, sway bars, lowering springs, msd 8.5's, sfc's, stb, 4.10's, d&s rotors, hawk pads, 160 stat, bmr adj. panhard bar. My next mods are clutch and heads. I know I want spec stage 3+ clutch, but i'm not sure what kind of heads I want, of course I want to generate the most power so i'm looking for ideas, anybody? WHat kind of specs should I look for? What's the difference in stage 2 & 3 heads?

How do I get that info? How much would it cost to have them installed? Unless I buy them new, how could I tell they were or weren't any good?

Most sites post up flow numbers at .100-.600 lift.
