I would never sell my camaro for $7500... NEVER. Thats like giving it away. I would keep the camaro and buy the vette. Keep the vette pretty much stock to daily drive or just cruise around in and mod the crap outta the camaro to race.

All I know is I would rather have my SS any day over a Vette. No denying their prowess, but its not my style. I drove a few, even a couple nice C5 Z06s...but I still went with the SS. I say keep that sweet looking Z and mod it up.

Id keep the Z28. For the ptice difference, you can do a TON of things to the camaro and have it run faster than the corvette. If you have the money get a procharger, 9 inch rear, stall, full bolts and a safe tune. 500rwhp with some sticky tires will put you in the 10's. Im not a big fan of vettes, just the motors they put in them.

i by no means say that the vettes are a bad car. i think there pretty badass (the Z06) but if i had the 70K for one i would just end up buying an F-Body and putting the rest of the money in to it and having a full on drag car for that price. the vette is just a cool car to have, and worry about non stop and never feel safe anywhere in it. where as in these cars if something happens it not nearly as much to fix it and you can do all the same things performance wise a vette can, you just start with a little less horse.

I wish I was rich enough to put down the $45K for the Vette, but I'm not. I also don't have the room for 4 cars, I already own 3. I have to sell one, and it's got to be one of the f-bodies.

When I'm rich, I'll have a collection. Not today though.
