There is 7 years between models. The 2002 model will be priced like it's only a few years older than the fifth gen. instead of 7 years difference.
I'm going to drive mine till the new GM's (G8, Camaro, GTO) are proven and the dealers are willing to deal.

You have to remember that there were so many more 25th Edition T/As, 30th Edition Camaros & T/As, and 35th Camaros/CE T/As by comparasion. And all those cars were just a graphics package away from being the same as a normal Camaro or Trans Am. But the LT4 version was just a handful of cars, and it was the only time in the entire 4th gen run that you had a V8 engine offering from the factory that was actually different from all the other V8 trim levels.
I could easily see the LT4 F-bodies being the the mega dollar collector cars of the '90s.

I've sold 67s, 68s and a 69 with a 427 in it. I've regretted every Camaro I've ever sold. I just can't put myself thru the heartbreak again! And if I want something new to drive I'll find me a 2002 Camaro with a 6 speed. Cause mines just a 98 and a 02 is new enough for me. The new Camaros are gonna be overpriced and under equipted. Just my opinion but how long is it gonna take to payoff a 35,000.00 car. With the full coverage insurance you'll have to have. I don't know of anything I would trade mine for!
