I posted this awhile back. Here is a dealer 10 min from me.

They inventory is prettty low now they only have about 30-35 Vettes on their lot. They do have 08's on the lot also

People who are awestruck with these foreign cars just because they have stupid-high price tags are the worst of the fanboys, in my opinion. Just having a high price tag doesn't make them any better, just like the Z06 costing a quarter of other supercars doesn't make it any better either. They are what they are, and the Vette trounces many.

ok we may be completely diffrent but all i know is that i would much rather pull up next to you in your Z06 in my Porche carrera GT or ferrari FXX or any and every car i listed. And watch all your *****, incluiding your wife and daughter fight to get inside my car. We all know the ***** rules the world, and ***** says the z06 is low when it comes to the list of exotics.

Pluss just to add to that who and when did anyone say whats "faster than a z06" i herd whats "better" a Rolls Royce phantom is deffinantly SLOWER but better? YES!
I am in NO way trying to diss the Z06 i was just trying to be a smart *** with a list of cars any sain man would obveously rather have. The z06 is an amazing machine and if i was going strickly for speed on a budget there is no doubt this would be the car for me. But unfortuanantly my budget still hovers around 12k Max so i cant buy the z06 but hopefully one day i will own one. But even better one day i will own a ferarri FXX

the z06 is an amazing car even without taking its price into consideration. the thing is, liek someone before me said Top Gear and a lot of others (a.k.a. almost every other country) is biased towards American cars. they just look down on them. for example Top Gear tested the C6 base version, and it did much better then they thought. After the track time they complained it was still a worse car because the rear of the car was made of fiberglass. complete bias.
Ferrari could make the shittiest car, performance, style, and comfort wise but it would still be better then the Z06 in their eyes. Its all about brand loyalty i guess. everyone has different tastes, i have respect for anything fast and that looks alright. I see no need for quadruple stitched african imported sun dried leather, or the latest navigation system that can read my mind when i want to change the temperature. but others do

They might not be the greatest and fastest of the pricey bunch..but man do I love them:
BTW..a Vette might perform great and I mean without a doubt is a badass car...But i mean if you had to choose..What makes panties more wet? Vette or Ferrari/Lambo/Porshe??? Plus..you see Vettes everyday (well z06's every other day)..
