Default Looking for a STICKY

I read somewhere that there is a sticky regarding how to adjust TA headlights when they are in the OFF position. I believe you can do so by locating the rubber boot above the headlight that is connected to the motor....however, I'm not sure what to do with it? Can someone help me out or direct me to the sticky?

Thanks

+1, my one headlight lights up the whole sky and the other one points at the ground (not that bad) but they are off and need adjusting
