Well it looks like I will be tying up the sale of my T/A over the next couple of days, may have the truck here to pick it up as early as Friday.
. I think I'll regret it, but its on to bigger things for me. I'll be looking as some GTO's, C5's, and possibly another F-bod for the next car and a fresh canvas. It looks like the 98 NBM T/A Chapter of my life is coming to an end, and man I love this car. It is going to a good home though so she will be cared for. Pray for me! On a side note, lets get a vote for " 'Trust' LSX Car Round II". I am looking at a Denali locally too.
EDIT: Can't change the poll from 'LS1' to 'LSX', assume LS2 GTO.

you would regret the denali. if you get an f-bod, be picky and get a desirable one/ one you have always wanted. e.i SOM WS6, HOSS or whatever you really like, otherwise get a C5 Z06, they arent much more than a base model. I was going to get one, but i honestly like my car better, i must be nuts!

I thought you had decided to keep the car due to issues with a loan or something? Did I miss an update since that post?
Anyway, I think your car is one of the nicest looking T/As on this site, sad to see it go.
In your poll you mention "LS1", then say Vette, GTO, or F-body. Meaning that your only GTO option would be the LS1? Frankly I'm not sure why you'd even consider an LS1 GTO unless you're getting a great deal and just plan to use it as a basic daily driver. Otherwise, might as well start with the LS2 if you're going to go GTO.
Having said that, what is the intent of the car? Weekend cruiser? Race? Daily driver? Only way I would consider a GTO would be for an all weather daily driver and nothing more. I'm not a fan of the appearance of the GTO (inside or out, though the interior is much nicer quality but too 'euro' in appearance for my taste), so I'd say either the C5 or the F-body for a weekend cruiser or a race car.
Now, considering you currently own one hell of a sharp looking F-body, and you're selling it, I can only assume that you're looking for a platform change at this point. In that case, getting another F-body doesn't make much sense, so it's probably best that you go for the C5.
Hope that helps.

^ You could make a good living interpreting unconscious motives etc.! I should have put LSX, I'm not touching an LS1 goat. As far as a loan etc. for the car I've managed to save a fair amount so I should have enough to pay the new one off right away. I have an 'in' with a friend who is a car dealer so I'll be getting trade in cost, or simply cost from him on a new car. I am leaning toward the C5 too.

Yea I would go for the C5 too, dont think of it as an end, rather a fresh start, Ive been through 2 LS1 T/A's, 1 LS1 Camaro, 3000GT VR4, and a Eclipse GSX, and now I have my LT1 Camaro, Its good to change every now and then and just try something new, good luck finding somethin new.
