i too think the T/A bumper looks nice from the side actually. Flows ok. I HATE the back bumpers on Formy's but i LOVE the Formy front bumper on T/A's and WS6's. Go figurelol

Get rid of the Exhaust out the back, and that would be a nice sleeper car..

Looks clean.

the rear bumper looks fine. if he bought it for only $5900, why would he spend about $1000 in parts and a _good_ paintjob just to swap out the bumper?

Nice find! I wouldn't sweat the mileage either. If the stocker lets go then you can upgrade to additional displacement. Good luck with the bird.

junk jars or ebay look around and you will find one look for a firebird v6 the same color. its easy. just look around and they sell the one on your car and you wont spend as much.

yea but a good paint job to match and blend in the new bumper is expensive. for a cheap job that insurance companies pays for in a fender bender, it's already around $400. and this is the cheapest paintjob that will start fading after 1 year and looking real bad around year 2.

Ditch that T/A bumper man! Just my $0.02

Peace,
Craig.
Kind of a minor difference if you ask me, very minor. Nothing i'd spend money to change and the color is a perfect match. The lack of "t tops" is a definate plus.

No leaks?

And nice formula. Any interior pictures? When it comes time to buy my LS1, I hope I can find one for $5900.

Oh ok. Well I prefer the T-top look and haven't run into anybody who doesn't, guess that's why it confused me. lol

If you think this is a good deal You are gonna crap your pants when I tell you this. $3600 for a 98 LS1 Z28. The headers etc. are a nice touch though on the Formula. Nice color too.

That deosn't make $5,900 for a good Formy any less of a good deal.

Nice find, man! I like the T/A bumper better.

+1 on keeping the T/A bumper, and the CETA mod...

i think adding the T/A hatch and keeping the formula frontend would look pimp...

also prefurring the T-Top hear, the lt1 was a hardtop and i wanted t-tops everyday...glad i have them now...

nice steal man, how do you like the color? pewter was my least favorite color on these cars until i ended up with a pewter one....its grown on me now...
