I never turn off my Stabilitrak.....
These stories remind me of a time when I decided to see if I could get my tires to spin in 2nd gear. It was wet out and I short shifted 1st at about 3,000 rpm and had turned off the TC. So I floor it and it doesn't spin but it gets about 4,000 rpm and I am suddenly quickly headed for a ditch. Its only a two lane street so I just jam on the brakes and hope and pray. I am only about 1 minute from my house and envisioning going in the ditch. So needless to say I end up partially in the ditch with only one rear tire on the ground. I was able to get it backed out though....but boy was I happy!

My friend destroyed his 02 WS6 on the freeway in the rain, went sideways next to a truck, crossed the median and a car in the opposing fast lane T-boned the passenger door. Now hes stuck with a mustang, I dont drive my bird in the rain.
