Stock Ls1 GTO vs Stock 99 T/A I have friends with both, both are 6-speed and claim that they each have beaten the other in a race vs different people. Which car is actually faster?

gto might weigh a little more but what its really gonna come down to is there driving skill becuz there both m6's

me and a buddy raced from a dig and 60 roll up to 130, both times i had im by about 1 car, they are quick, both of us were m6, we just raced again, my mods in my sig and he had longtubes, loudmouth1, and kn fipk, and i took him by 1.5 cars from 60-140, they are no slouch

The formy should pull decently...unless he's god-awful at driving. I ran a LS1 GTO when my car was just lid/catback and the other guy had a loudmouth, i pulled a few cars on him from 1st through 3rd.
