Does the wire mod save hardly any weight, or is it just for cleaning up the engine bay? Either way, that car in the post looks MUCH better afterwards.

Wow, that Camaro is clean. My car lives in the real world, and will never be that clean, ever.

Default removal of useless items

I am removing the EGR system in my car. I have a question about my intake. I have a weiand and there is 2 screw in holes at the bottom which I beleive are part of the emissions. Can I block them off and remove the hose. Looks like it connect to the pass side valve cover. Also on the fuel line there is a bosch fitting looks like a fuel filter. It connect to the intake as well I believe. Can that be removed? Any pictures or answers would be great. I am cleaning up the engine bay.

You don't remove anything. You're just rerouting the wiring. Ok, I bet you save some microscopic amount of weight from the hole that needs drilled into the passenger-side fender well.

why would you remove your fuel filter?!?!?!?!?! as far as your EGR is concerned, are you talkin about the big bulky EGR on the block or are you talkin about the manifold?
