depends on your driving style. if you are a "spirited" driver your milage will usually be lower than a normal or "granny" driving style

what is your car? manual or auto?

i got a th350 in my z and i usually get about 5mpg . had to fill up every day!!!!!

my '01 SS has similar mods and is a M6 w/ stock gearing. Around town I get 15 MPG. On the highway I do very well. Driving from Indianapolis to Kalamazoo, MI, to start my run on the Power Tour, I got 27.8 MPG. That includes some around town driving and stops. It sounds like you are a little low there.

I'd be curious what your idle to part throttle a/f ratio is. Sounds like the drivability needs more tweaking.

I had the exact same milage you did, our cams are about the same and i have a M6 with 4:10's. my milage doesn't get any better on the highway either. at 90mph i'm at 27hundred, and around town i shift 1,2,4,6. and the mosti've gotten is 13mpg. Mine will be going to a different tuner when i get the new setup.
