Remvoe headers to change motormounts?

Remvoe headers to change motormounts? 00 m6 ta slp lts. i did headers 3 mons ago while i should of done the mounts while they were out but i had to wait for the poly mounts to come in and i couldnt leave the car so do i have to remover the headers to isntall new mounts?

you dont have to take the headers out but it does easier. i take that back by the time you get the headers out change out the mounts and get the headers back in you'll probably be taking longer than just leaving them in.
i did my poly mounts with the headers in. you can too

nah leave em in their, its not worth it to take em out, change mounts and put them back on. Its enough of a PITA to do the mounts themselves, let alone removing and reinstalling headers. I did mine in the spring with the headers on, werent in the way much, i had to remove the starter to get access on the passenger side. Well worth the effort. Good Luck and remember to just relax when things arent going youre way!
