Looking to convert nm to ftlbs 5 nm = ? ftlbs of tq or 44 inch lbs ,i used the conversion & it says 16 & some change ,does this sound right on an Ls6 intake manifold bolt ,btw i have broke one off in the head @ an eariler date ,i had an screwd up tq wrench ,since then i have bought a new tq wrench

LS6 intake manifold bolts are just supposed to be hand tight.
I think the final TQ spec is 88 in.lbs. which is around 7-8 ft.lbs. which is just hand tight.
No need for a TQ wrench here.
