its all about what the buyer wants...
i paid 14k for my 99SS with a spec clutch, 12bolt, n20, headers/ory and other than that, its stock with some small stereo upgrades and it had 57k miles...
its what i was looking for though...
i also sold my 99 Formula with 75k miles, heads/cam, ram clutch/hydralics, headers and TDs for 8700..
i think 12k is fair for that car, maybe a little lower, bc its hard to tell condition from pics

IMHO that is too much $$. My SS isn't quite that clean. I paid $7800 for mine with 110,000 miles, which I thought was a deal considering it was bone and I mean bone stock. The dealership was asking $10K and I asked what they would take if I offered cash. He came down to $8500 and I told him that I had seen Z28's going for around $6K all day long. He then came down to $7800 and I said sold! Picked it up the following day.
