Traction

I spend a lot of time on here and on corvetteforum reading. all the guys on the vette forum seem to be scared to drive those cars with the traction control off...i don't understand why though... i can't drive my car with the traction control on. is the vette really THAT much of a handful or is it just a lack of driving ability?

my dad has a 99 vette with traction control, i have an 02 WS6 without. he is 54. im 21. he drives like an old man, i drive like a young punk. its that simple.
