Good Service from Comp Cams!!! Most of you know about the bad luck some people have had with the 918 springs from Comp Cams. I have these springs and they are fine. After reading a couple horror stories about them breaking, I got a little worried. I called Comp today and asked about the warranty with the 918s. The representative told me he will be sending me out information and free shipping through Fed Ex for me to send back my springs. Once Comp gets my old springs, they will be sending me the new 918 design springs that are good to .625 lift for free!
I did have to put my name down as there are A LOT of people that Comp is taking care of in this matter. The rep also told me that Comp wants to take care of this problem even if your 918s are fine. I think that is really cool that Competition Cams is taking care of its customers.
