You best bet is part out the SS and look for another SS, if you come to the conclusion down the road that you do want a GTO or vette and can afford one you won't be able to sell your V6 swapped LS1 for much since it'll be a butchered V6 in peoples eyes

 

true but i doubt i will want to get rid of i after putting that much work in it.. ill prolly keep it and just make it a toy..

 

I agree with tomustang, I think you might be better off and just overall more satisfied if you just buy another SS. If you ever decide to sell, you wont have a tough time, a chopped v6, made SS clone will sit on the market forever, thats just my opinion...
