Default how much power am i looking at

i got a 98 trans am 6 speed. by the end of next summer i plan to have: ftra, lid, maf, ported tb, ls6 intake manifold, mac mids, catted y, gmmg exhaust and the suspension to get it all to the ground. about how much hp/tq am i looking at with a tune?

335 hp. Not sure, just throwing that out there. About the same general mods I have now but I'm an A4 so I'd be interested to know also. Any reason for mids instead of LT's?

i scrape every now and then with a stock setup. i dont want to risk crushing lt headers; happened to my brother on his acura integra; his header got DESTROYED

jus get some pacesetters. screw the mids.

oh yeah. prob around 335-345 with a good tune.

damn, i was expecting to more in the 350 range. gotta save up for heads and cam now

You'll put more to the ground being that you have an M6, but I think 350-360 might be the max for a bolt-on car. And thats with UD pully, EWP, ect.

I would say around 345. and like someone else mentioned, get long tubes instead of mids.

I made 340rwhp/360rwtq with a lid, smooth bellows and K&N filter with a bad *** dyno tune. My car puts down more power than most bolt-on header car I know of... It just depends on the car. I would suspect somewhere around the 330 range without a tune, upper 340's with a tune... Just from my experience though... YMMV.

would be interested in this as well. i have a mid-length, 3-in y, cutout, and a bad *** tune havnt dynoed it yet. but hopefully soon. cant wait to see what power i have.

Ya I too say 340 or less. It is a 98 car so it has an LS1 intake, he is going with mids and a catted Y pipe. I would guess about 330's to the wheels. Leave the MAF alone....
