****, surferd15.....
you live in Toms River... If I were you, I would be packing on as much Nitrous as possible so that you didnt get embarrassed by Scotty Cranmer's R34 skyline!
If you dont know, Scotty is one of the Top bmx riders, and has an 800 horse evo, and some insane skyline....
and can do bunnyhop front flips. Dope.

Option 1, hands down. I can't believe Option 3 is winningn considering the mail-order tune option. Mail order tunes have their place and are good for little things (I used one myself to tune out the rear O2's, AIR and change gear ratios) but to get one done for a cam swap is ridiculous IMO. Too many people half-*** it on this site, then complain when they don't see the numbers and ET's they expect. This is why - there's too much sacrifice of quality for a minor price difference ![Nono](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/nono.gif)
That must be quite the tax return to buy all that stuff. I hope you're not spending it all on your car

none of the above Lid, cam ,and full tune then if theres enough money after that get tires, with a cam you should definetly get it tuned a mail order tune would be worthless i think

Oh yes i am getting one fat *** tax return this year.
Explanation of the mail order tune: I WILL get a dyno tune later on. The mail order would be just to limp around on untill then the reason is because I will get the heads done when i get the guts to pull them off. I have a machine shop in the family so the heads being milled and ported will be free, i just have to get the guts. I will get the mail order to limp around on then the dyno tune once the heads are done so i dont have to pay $300 for the same thing twice.
I did have a lid and a slp MAF but thats a touchy subject

well you really need to ask yourself some questions?
1) how fat is my return
2) Do i really need tires right now or can they wait a little
3) if i do a cam can i afford to do it right ? (you want a good tune pretty soon)
4) if i get gears and tires can i afford to replace my rearend? ( DONT SKIMP ON A GEAR JOB, youll hate life)
too many people go straight for bolt power without thinking about the **** that breaks when you mod a car or without thinking about the mods that compliment each other. You want gears and tires before any suspension components?? You want a cam with a mail order tune and no head work?? This is the diffrence between building a car and just buying random stuff for it. people that BUILD cars, plan, they start from the ground up and spend their money on the items that will progressively make the car stronger and better...making it easier and more cost effective to go faster while preventing the problems you WILL have.
It just sounds like your money is burnin a hole in your pocket and you cant wait to get rid of it. The best thing you can spend you money on is the correct people to take you car too ( someone that stands behind their work) and wont blame your car breaking on the type of vehichle it is.
but if i wanted to spend a little cash in you position i might.....
lid and bellows , radar (mine saves me money)
Subframes and torque arm before tires
have the money to do heads and cam at the same time ( a set that actually compliments each other) and a dyno tune
Then save for your rearend and swap your gears then
