sounds like a Monday or Friday car to me. Sucks to be you. Mine makes over 400 rwhp and i drive it like its intended to be driven everyday and no probs. My 02 has 105k on it and the only thing that has happened is the A4 took a dump, but that happened for explained reason to be told

I have a 117k and it still runs like a champ. These motors can last a long time

The OP sounds like a mustang owner who bought a repaired or ragged out Fbody.

IMO.

You car was obviously not taken care of and it was your mistake to buy it. Since I was 16 I have driven 3 F-bodys, 1 V6, 1 LT1, and 1 LS1. 4 1/2 years.... not one major repair. Largest thing I have had to replace is tires.

Stop whining and giving bad advice.

also was it a rebuilt title, sounds like a shade tree mechanic put it together for you using zip ties and duct tape...although there is NOTHING wrong with those products for fixing a vehicle...as long as its a beater!

I will rule this as bad luck because damn....I am at 43,000 miles and have had ZERO problems, and I know people with over 100,000 niles who have also had ZERO problems.....aside from small things that most cars experience......

You get out what you put in man. That goes with anything! Take care of it and it'll take care of you.

...if i didn't take care of my car.... I think this would happen...

"Today, I enjoy a total brake system failure while in heavy traffic and being brake checked. A hard line coming out of the ABS module snapped spraying fluid all over and catching fire.

This is just recent fun, I used to enjoy"
Constant throttle sticking at WOT ( oh yeah )
Every sensor going out, some twice
2 new window motors on each side before it even hit 75k
massively leaking ttops that dump water on me when it rains and soaks my carpet.
Massive brake rotor warpage
None of my panels line up anymore
My cats went bad and clogged at 40k
3 sets of 02 sensors went out before 80k"

My Z28 has 94K, modded, drag raced and not one single issue with it

My wifes WS6 has 114K, same thing, no problems

Do you actually do your own work or let everyone else touch it for you

Perhaps some of your problems stem from throwing the motor into the car, the preferred method is to actually install the motor, i. e. bolt it in, run all the other accessories wires sensors etc. properly. I could imagine some issues would arise after throwing in the motor and expecting everything to work properly.

Just your typical case of someone who beats the crap out of their car and never maintains their vehicle
