Just Wanted To Let Everyone Know I Sent My Car To Insane Motorsports And Ck Performance To Get A 4L80E Conversion So Far Dealing With Both Of Them Has Been Great I Do Not Know If Any One Has Used Them Before But If Not They Are Good. I Will Have Pics Up Later Today. My Vette 418cid With Procharger Went 9.75 With Old Trans Slipping Bad.

just to let you know unless you got a new stall you will/should run slower times, the 4l80e is heavier and will have more drive train loss. Also the 4l60's first gear ratios is 3.06. were as the 4l80 has a higher ratio of 2.48

It will not necessarily slow you down. My times picked up with the 80E conversion. Its all in how it works with your setup. Thanks again to ACE Racing Transmissions for a great tranny and stall!!!
