Well the car was driven by some geek that didn't know anythign about the car.
He took the car to dodge to trade it in for a truck because he had a wine from the rear end and the check engine light was on. My buddy was the manager there and told him a line about how the tranny and rear are going on it by the wine and the check engine light means something is wrong with the engine so they would give him only 4k for trade in.
The idiot took the line of B.S. and my buddy called me in for the next day and I had 4500 cash and the guy took it thinking he was getting a good deal.
I put a 12 bolt in it as the rear was shot, and since I used to live in fort Wayne Indiana I was close to Moser and Bob at EPP got me a great deal as I picked it up from moser.
and the check engine light was for one of the cats- Since it had under 80,000 Pontiac fixed it for free. I sold my 98 Camaro for some mod money and extra cash for college.

the guy couldn't figure out why he couldn't do a burn out, I proceded to tell him that that he needed to turn off the traction control and he said whats that. haha.
Hence why I needed to put a new rean in it right away. clutch drops at 5k and traction on is not a good thing.

Sup people, I'm new to the forums but I have been looking at this web site awhile. I just got a 2000 WS6 petewer with blk leather interior, 6 spd and only 27k miles. I paid only 13k for it and it had a good carfax. It is all stock down to the paper filter LOL. I already want to mod it ( lid, LT's, exhaust & cam). Hope my wife will let me lol.

gah that was a steal. and not to steal the thread but i got mine for 13000 too, 98 ss, it also had like every slp bolt on, 4.11 gears, and other misc stuff, with only 28k mi!! im the 3rd owner. the first owner owned it 3 yrs and only drove it 850 mi!??! thats rediculous. it now has 43k and im selling it for 14k with new clutch and tires. but you definatly got a sweet *** deal on that, who doesnt love the look of a trans am with ram air. im definatly thinking about grabbing one myself!
