the big port job has started !!! time to buff it up now ,it is not as bad as i thought, i marked the blade seat with a black magic marker as to not cut that area, and also removed the coolant lines in fl not needed.

yes sir with a half round file with an aggressive cut, it takes the aluminum down pretty quick, and a small sanding drum in a battery drill then a hard buff for alum polishing , i need to open it up more so more filing to do, the blade should pass right through from 1 end to the other ?? i think.. i bought an extra t/b incase i screw it up.
