Some lady hit me as I was backing out my driveway. She was going over the speed limit. Not too bad at all, just needed to replace the rear bumper. There wasn't real damage. I ended up get my CETA mod, mirrors and sail panel panel painted from the shop at the sametime. Worked out for me.

None of those for me, everything is 100% original except for the hood and spoiler. And those were only changed because I wanted to, not because I needed to.

126k miles and 100% clean. I do have my fair share of dents and blemishes and some spider cracking on the front bumper but otherwise straight and clean body!

Bought mine new and both doors look crappy at an angle since day 1. They both look wavy.

Mine is 100% clean no accidents or anything.

I had someone back into my front bumper in a parking lot. Nothing serious at all, but had to paint the front bumper and front fender.

I think its funny how people make such a big deal about CarFax, but there are probably over a million cars out there that have been repaired and its not reported to CarFax.

My Trans Am is 100% but my previous Formula looked like it had some previous paint work in the quater panel as I had to buff out wet sand marks. Either way it was hit again in the same spot before I bought it and had a big dent there again. I wish I had a picture but I tried to avoid that side... lol

^as a side note, my car was owned by a guy who bought it for his mid-life crisis. i didnt believe the sales guy at the dealer, but found some receipts from the previous owner and did a little snooping around. i should have called him and asked him more about the car, but a part of me was afraid it might uncover something i didnt want to know.

Mine's only the drivers side, and the paint is wierd too. Small pits and other junk, it's not bad though.

Mine had previous front end damage when I got it, dont think it was very bad, they just repainted to hood and front bumper and did a horrible job, I traded a guy his Ram Air hood for mine that was already black, so the hood looks ok, I just need to repaint the front bumper cause the paint is bubbling up and look really crappy.

Ol i'm 1/2 on this one. I voted none, but thats for my new car (SS). As far as i've seen it is accident free, carfax verified. BUT the rear window was broken, and replaced at some point. I found pieces of glass under the rear seats, and the sealing around the window is not factory.

The old one (Z28) was t-boned by a drunk driver who ran a stop sign. It was fixed but never felt the same. Passenger side door, 1/4 panel, roof and floor were pretty trashed.

My car got fucked by a deer back in 1999, when it was 3 months old and had 900 miles

Orginal owner I bought it from was very honest about this, had the bumper, hood, and windshield replaced. Paint on the hood started to peel a year ago, had to have it repainted

Also had a guy in a Harley hit me. Put a small, hardly noticeble, 4" scratch on the rear bumper. I was pulling out of the autoparts store, he turned right into the place, took the turn a bit wide and barely grazed the car with his fender.

That's what my car looks like at the moment. Next week it will be going to the shop to get fixed along with the addition of some goodies.

I was trying to turn left onto a four-lane highway a few weeks ago and some guy in a taurus came flying in from the right side (meaning that he was traveling against the flow of traffic) and caught my front bumper with his drivers side doors as I had just started letting out on the clutch.

The best part: even though he had to be traveling the wrong way on the road, it was considered my fault because I was in a private drive.

Oh well. Thank God for insurance.

Luckily there's hardly any damage to the actual metal bumper support and the only other peice of metal that got damaged was the bracket that holds the fender in place.

I took these pictures along with some on my phone with the expressed purpose of showing someone should I ever sell the car. I wouldn't lie about that and it's going to be on carfax anyway.
