Default Questions on how to ship large items

Guys I need some help. I am parting out a 1999 Jaguar and need to ship some large parts. Example would be a hood, or front bumper etc. Whats the best way to ship them and by what company? Also how would you ship a headliner? I was thinking about wrapping it in heavy plastic wrap and then making some type of box border to protect it. I need opinions. Thanks very much!!

Not that this is LSx related but......I personally have always used UPS for large items. DHL has some decent rates though so I've been told.

I like Fedex and Fedex Freight. They've always been just a tad cheaper than UPS for me. I know of one company that ships hoods exclusively through Greyhound and they can have excellent prices for that sort of things. Of course with that, there has to be a Greyhound station close to your buyer to make it worthwhile.
