I think so. I sold a 2000 Formula 6-speed here last month for $5800

Most likely a ticking time bomb for the trans, the rest should be fine.

Its all about how the milage is put on, easy or hard.... Go for a test drive, that should tell all.

Not bad I'd say. I bought mine at 158k miles, loaded M6. For its age, it was in awesome condition and ran strong. Paid $5k.

4700 is not bad. It wont get much cheaper unless the car has problems. If it is in good running condition thats not a bad price. Like said earlier the tranny is most likely getting tired. But at that price you could get a built tranny and bottom end and still have around 10k total invested. 4700/car and 5k/mods. I say do it.

Well lets see. I have $2500 in a 85,000 mile 2001 roller, and another $2500 in a complete 2001 LS1 with 81,000 miles. Still need a few odds and ends here and there but the way I look at it is this, I'm buying something fun to do, not just a car.
