I've only done it once and will probably never do it again....lol After I did it, I thought to myself what a dumb think I just did.

Had the 99 tapping the speed limiter before it was tuned, so 161-162. Last week I ran down an LT-1 and according to the gear calculator went 170 in the WS6, oops. It's supposed to be the daily driver and told myself I wasn't going to beat it
Find that pretty funny since the speed limiter has been removed from the WS6 and still trying to determine what all it has done to it. The only things I can find so far is it has a Loudmouth (obviously), timing chain and ported oil pump. Just don't know if it was tuned with a handheld or gotten a proper tune???

I've lost count how many times I've been north of 145mph. Speedo is all messed up with the 4.10s now, but M6 car, so I know it still gets up there.....

i live in nebraska among the cornfields...its flat, very flat.
135 when it was stock. I've done 145 a handful of times a few years ago and don't plan on doing it again on a public road. I don't even remember the last time I went over 80 mph on the street.

My girlfriends dad had an iroc with an lt1 put in it and it was all trick out and he got somewhere where it normally takes 2 hours in 45 minutes.....i laughed!!! o yea and he did it at 2 in the morning too ... thats why i remembered that.
135 in the stock dumdumdumdumdum with a bad opti. That was its max it wouldnt go any faster. After the opti was fixed the guy who bought it from me said he got it to 150. The 01 went 140 i let off though cause i got scared.
We burried the needle in the 83...but the needle only goes to 85 so i would say close to 100 in that.
