135. I kinda got worried about going faster than that. Not to worried about a cop, because if your caught going that fast, you might aswell run.

125 when it was a V6 and about the same since the LS1 swap.. 3rd gear dyno pulls and you'll get around there..

right around 153 on my last trans am. This one hasn't seen over 117, which was at the drag strip. No more speeding or driving the cars hard on the street for me.

i dont know exactly how fast i was going. But when a rig blew up next the basin bridge...which is I-10. They closed down I-10 all the way from Lafayette to baton rouge. going east bound. So one morning going to work.... i took the breaux bridge exit and headed west on I-10.......there was not a soul in sight.... So i mashed the pedel to the metal!!! MY needle went pass 150 and stopped...but the car was still pulling...after i let off..it a took a bit before it moved back down. I have LT into a y-pipe with a muffler on the end..and a basic tune...so im guessing i got it atleast to hit 160..

for some reason i only feel inclined to shoot for top speed with the top down - 145-150mph.
car kept pulling even in overdrive, but i had to stop because the wind noise was too painful.

Try doing 150 on a bike. Thats a rush. And its hard as heck to keep your head straight. Your head is bouncing around like a rag doll. And I was only at 152, spinning 15,000RPM in 5th gear.

if you're doing a speed tuck, doesn't the helmet kill a lot of the wind noise?
i have a friend who hit 180+ mph on his R1. i think he was wearing a t-shirt, no jacket. that **** is crazy.

oh and I know of one guy on here that took his old lt-1 camaro to 150 and set the cruise control just to see if it would do it. AND there was 5 ppl in the car.....
