Good deal on 2000 z28 convert w/ 52k miles ?

Yeah I was just thinking the other day when there was a new gt 'vert in black like my 02 z vert, and I was thinking, honestly that stang didn't appeal to me at all over my m6 Z 'vert.
As for the questions...
It doesn't sound like a terrible price. An M6 'vert ls1 car is not super common, and I can't imagine driving a much more fun car. So they have reason to have value.
That said, I wanted one not with the neutral interior, I was lucky enough for my taste to find my triple black m6 combo But if I looked around for some time and wasn't finding exactly what I wanted, personally I'd settle for any M6 ls1 'vert not in purple or teal...
As for running low 13's, I think all you'll need to do is drive it well. I'd put 22psi in the rear tires, 40 in the fronts, and launch it around 2000-2200 rpms and try to minimize the spinning at launch. My first time at the track and I did six 13.4's at 106-107, I do have a borla catback and a whisper lid btw though.
