Haha I was completely happy with my stock 98 z28 when I bought it in 2002 with an slp LM catback on it. Then a couple of years later I found this website...and lord almighty I must have spent 2 grand on headers, ory, pro 5.0 and new clutch within a month! I "convinced" myself that I had to sell my camaro because I was buying a house due to the fact that I knew if I kept it I would probably have spent thousands more on additional mods! I figured though hey im 25 I can buy another one down the road but man do I miss my camaro!

 

I found this site a couple of months ago, I have spent more on the car in the last 3 months than I have the entire 6 years I've had the car! I started by painting my throttle body, and "while I was in there" ....... New long tubes, true duals, injectors, manifold, ignition, plugs & wires, repainting entire engine bay, coil covers, battery & fuse box covers, wire looms.....The wife will kill me when the CC bill comes.

 

Ain't that the damn truth. I'm gonna need a scooter soon!!!

 

Want a cure? Have a couple kids Then you will be damn happy just to still have it, even if it's bone stock.

 

Wow, without thinking about it I actually got mad for a split second when I read this, Maybe this 'problem' isnt as toung-in-cheek as we make it out to be!!!

 

my addiction at the moment(not by choice) is a TPI vette
thought fixing it up would run 3-5 grand but of course i had to put that "extra" piece and im already at 6k without even my paintjob yet

 

My addiction made me sore today. I installed J&M products lower control arms/panhard. What a PITA the bushings would not compress enough and the silly ball inside was a bitch also. Good quality but man o man.......
