Idk where to post, but it's broken...
So today i took out my 2000 T/A with the supported mods listed below in my sig. They were installed about 3 weeks ago. Just yesterday i put on some BFgoodrich 255/50/16 tires on the factory rear wheels.
For about a week now i have been hearing some ticking in my engine, i rev it up by pushing on the TB and the ticking goes away and when the engine comes down from the rev to an idle i start to hear the ticking again. I think i can not hear it when i rev it because the car is damn loud.
Today i took the car out and it feels like it has no power 0-60 in like 7 seconds w/ me @ 150 pounds and ahalf a tank of 93 gas. The car makes the exhaust note but has no ballz. What could it be? I have an A4 trans. and there is only 17,5xx miles on the car.

Ticking or tapping?
Ticking is probably a broken rocker arm or broken valvespring.
Tapping is probably something in the bottom end of the motor (spun rod bearing).
Pull the valve covers and go from there. Also change the oil. If you see little cylinders of metal attached to your oil drain plug, then a rocker arm has let go (VERY common). If your oil is full of glitter and has slivers of metal all in it (floaties), you've got serious problems.
Time to start pulling stuff apart.

I wouldn't worry about anything drastic until you check for exhaust leaks. Any leak that's upstream or near a front O2 sensor will screw with A/F and cause driveability/power issues.
And a tick is a very common sign of an exhaust leak. Check the headers, check the gaskets, check any AIR or EGR components or block-offs, check around the front O2s, check where the headers meet your Y-pipe on each side.
With your list of mods & mileage, I doubt you've got any internal issues with that engine. Considering it's an A4, you can't mechanically overrev, but if your tuner set the rev limit higher than stock (and you still have stock valvesprings) you may have bent a pushrod.

Is your check engine light on? No power but exhaust noise sounds to me like a crappy mass air flow sensor. Unplug it and go for a ride. If thats it, it should feel quicker, but not quite as fast as when its all working right.
