tickets. how long does a speeding ticket stay on your record in florida?
I was on my way home after dinner, and speed limit was 55, It used to be 65 but they changed for god knows what. Anyways a car was right on rear bumber... I couldnt even see his headlights!!!!! So i stayed going the same speed waiting for him to go around, BUT HES STILL THERE!! So I speed up a little bit to put some distance between us, because im pretty sure he was drunk, seeing that he was serving all over the road then got right behind me and was pretending to be Jeff Gordon or somthing. So i tried slowing down some to like 40 seeing if he would get mad and go around or somthing! but he kept on my bumber so I punched it to 75! jus to put some distance between us...then as soon as i hit 75 i start to coast and as soon as i do I see the ole red n blue lights come out from a ditch on the side of the road. and when i told the cop what the guy was doing, he didnt even really listen to me... jus wrote me the ticket. anyways i would jus like to know how long this will be on my record for
