msd coils help?

Default msd coils help?

hey guys i got a question i got the msd blaster coils for my car. I put them on but i guess i over torqued them because right were the glue is the seal broke. Will this hurt anything or is there a way i can fix it. I haven't started the motor yet well its not even in the car yet so any help is appreciated thanks in advance

Id re glue it or something.. If you break them you can always go back to stock without loosing any power *snicker* =P

like this picture, mine set the ses light ran like ****,p300 code return for new you have 1 year warrenty if new, then enjoy ALL the extra power (snicker )

now where it broke, are you talking about the hardish silicone substane that is on the bottom of the coil?

I love how people always try to get their 2 cents in without solving the problem of the OP. It really makes them knowledgable and useful!

I would try an epoxy. That should keep it watertight. Then just move that one to the very back.

I have Blaster coils. CD ignition isn't for everyone. That's just my inductive reasoning talking...

Just start it and see what happens. It might not do anything. If it does, you know which one is the bad one, and put a stocker in there and paint it red. The car won't know the difference

don't put it in the back if it fails it'll be tough to change, try the warranty first, when it gets hot the inside insulation will leak out and it'll short, happen to me i got a new one from msd, end of story. r+r remove and replace !!!!!

Is there a performance differnce with going with msd coils rather then stock?
