Default Pass. seat belt removal?

Hey guys, well the passenger seatbelt loop broke off of, and I installed a new one. But my question is, how do I remove the belt so I can slip it through the loop? I just find it annoying that its not in. Help.

Taking the seat out is the only way. there are 4 13mm bolts holding it down, then you'll be able to get to the bolt. it's a T-45 I think

You have to take off the anchor bolt from the bottom and then the broken piece will come off.

I just changed my passenger side. It is a T45 to the best of my knowledge but I didnt have to remove the seat. If you play with it just right, then you can fit it in there and get the bolt out.
