Haha thanks guys! I actually raced a 210 HP supercharged sea doo jet boat and put like 2 boat lengths on him by 50. I think having a prop helped over the jet drive . And unfortunately it isn't a swap, it came from the factory with the ellisjuan. Indmar only had them for a couple years 01-02 I believe.

Sounds kinda like mine. Took a 350 out of a '78 vette and it somehow turned into a 383 stroker before it was put in the boat. haven't had it out yet this year though and I'm getting the itch.

I have a 86 Centurian. It has a 351W [ I know it's a Ferd . But I always wanted to make it a 408, but it would be pointless as most Skiboat hull designs wont really allow it to go faster than 55-60...
Once again nice boat and I wish going out on mine as it needs a steering cable right now

That's a NICE boat!
My father and his friends are big in the boating sport. I thought his 454 powered jetboat was fast, topping out at 78.... until I rode in his friend's outboard powered boat a few weeks ago. That thing was retarded fast. The wind was blowing so hard I lost sight of the speedometer when we passed the 112 MPH mark! And for those that are curious: Yes, that was a GPS speedometer. Nothing but the prop was in the water. I think the bottom of the boat touched the surface of the water once or twice!!!
