Buying used engine I found a weird kinda site it sells all parts for virtually everycar since the 80's. I saw a new 5.7 or 5.0L for my 89 Camaro. I was wondering if it would be worth it to try and buy one throw in a cam and crank and use the new engine or just keep saving.

buy engine Dude ,Your best bet is try and find someone thats selling there engine that's still in there car. Thats how I sold me 36K mile LS1 out of my 35th LE last winter. If someones selling it while its still in the car ?, Its a good engine !Trust me !!The guy that bought mine wasnt even from around my way but because i was selling like that he wanted it !!

I dont have that kinda money, Blocks are expensive. im saving for a 35th LE 16k ran the car fax and it came clear. its weird for 16K that car or me? or the cobra im looking at.
