Which is better and why? 408ci build or New LS3 414 ci

There are so many options but I am narrowing my decisions. I know the 408 LQ9 Build is cheaper and the iron block can handle more power, but i heard the new LS3 416 ci block has more bore if I am not mistaken and aluminum is lighter than iron. What do you guys think?

408 because its a .30 bore and when your done with it pull the pistons and get it bored .60 and thats an iron 414

408 without question. LS3 is not worth the extra effort to make it work in the fbody. Who cares if the LS3 has bigger bore and aluminum, a built 408 will handle anything you can throw at it and puts down ridiculous numbers.
