Default Charging AC

How do I charge my AC when it is so low that the compressor will not come on?

take it somewhere to have it done. You have to have the right pressure in it and the right amount of oil as well. And also, there must be a reason you are out of freon. Could be a bad seal or a leaking line. Its not uncommon for the seal behind the clutch to go bad.

And when you're done doing that, tell us who the chick in your avatar is and/or provide more pictures...

If you have fixed all the leaks and know there is oil in the compressor (generally new compressors come oiled, but check to be sure, and generally oil won't come out from a leak unless the leak is in the compressor itself), then go ahead and hook up and high and low pressure gauges and start adding R134a. Once you get the low side pressure up high enough, IF all your system works correctly, the compressor will begin to cycle and then you should be able to get the system charged up to the appropriate amount.
