Default Cats or not?

Does a cam really sound that much better if you have a ORY? Or does it really make a difference cats or not?

It will sound better with an ORY in my book, but that's my personal taste. Everyone's tastes are different. I run an ORY because of the power/sound/price and I can get away with it. Check with people in Texas about how to get around emissions (if you even have them).

Yep, there will be a difference. The ORY will sound louder and less refined than a car with cats.

Do you HAVE to have an ORY? Nope. If you have hi-flow cats or something, I don't see why you'd be in any hurry to get rid of them. Plus, the Borla is a fairly loud catback and I imagine it would sound better with cats to smooth out the tone.

Borla with no cats is VERY raspy and loud. I'd say leave them on.

I like the way my car sounds with out them. Not really any rasp. It is loud but sounds great.
