This guy sounds like he is full of BS anyway. No way a dealer is going to give someone 19k for a 02 WS6, even with those miles.

Would they have straight up given you $19,000 or is that what they told you it would amount too? Sounds to me like they had this car on the lot for $17,000 with 60k miles and thought it a good idea to trade you plus give you 2 grand for a car with 1/2 the miles. They probably wouldnt have gotten the $17,000 they were asking anyway.
